Hi Vue Farms Organic Maple Vinegar is fermented from our maple syrup and “mother of vinegar” and aged at least 9 to 12 months in wooden barrels before bottling.
My Grandmother Orpha started the original batch over 100 years ago. For generations we have continually fed and kept our “mother” alive.
Our vinegar has a true maple flavor sweeter milder then most vinegar. Maple Vinegar is a staple in our kitchen.
